Every service is designed to be carried out via rope access, without extended downtime for the plant and without the cost of cranes or aerial platforms.
Certified access to towers, nacelles and blades using twin-rope techniques and redundant anchor points, in line with industry safety standards. This is the method we use to carry out every other service listed below, cutting time and cost compared with cranes and platforms.
Removal of salt deposits, atmospheric dirt and organic residue from blade surfaces, using low environmental impact products and methods. A clean blade keeps a more efficient aerodynamic profile.
Treatment of corroded metal surfaces — bolts, tower structures and exposed components — in preparation for restoring anti-corrosion protection.
Application of protective coatings on blades and components exposed to weathering, to slow erosion wear and extend the working life of components.
Repair work on minor surface and structural damage identified during inspections: cracking, delamination and leading-edge erosion damage on the blade.
Extraction and replacement of blade bearing studs: a high-precision intervention that requires specific experience with the component and the correct tightening torque.
